How We Work With
We will meet you so that we you can tell us everything we need to know about your requirements. We don’t just assume we know. We will make sure we understand the details and act on them.
Recruiting successfully to your business means we need to have a real handle on your culture, your ethos, your goals. We need to understand what sort of person thrives there. We need to listen, understand and act.
Once we are sure we have understood your needs we will go out and find the right candidates for you deploying all the networks and methods we have at our disposal.
Each candidate pool will be built around that job. There will be genuine reasons why each candidate we present should be worth considering.
We will interview each candidate in depth and from these interviews build a shortlist of candidates whom we think you will want to meet.
Before you interview the candidates yourselves, we will produce candidate packs of CVs and copies of our video interviews. We will ensure you have as much information as you need to get the most out of the time you devote to each candidate.
We will provide as much guidance as you like as you come to your final decision about what offer to make.
We will also convey all decisions to candidates and if necessary negotiate salary on your behalf, managing the process up to the final dispatch of contracts.
How We Work With Candidates
We ensure we use all available tools for identifying the right candidate for each post we’re handling. Whether that’s checking job boards, LinkedIn or other online resources we will make sure we’re aware of who’s out there.
We also regularly hear from names who are new to us. We always make sure that we get to know fresh new talent whether they’re talking to us speculatively or wanting to apply for a particular job.
If we think a candidate could be suitable for a role we are currently recruiting to we will interview them against the job specification. If they we feel they meet the criteria to move forward we will ensure they are fully briefed on what the job will involve.
As we take suitable candidates forward we actively coach them through every stage of the process to make sure they are getting every opportunity to show the best of themselves. This will range from advice on redrafting their CV, to perfecting their interview technique.
We want them to be able to communicate the full potential of what they can really bring to your business to you.
